I suspect what the author, and many of us (myself included) has done, is drafted notes, typed up the ideas, and then used Gen AI for fine tuning and formatting the post for SEO optimisation.

Grammarly says it's zero percent AI. It does look like it's been deliberately SEO optimised so the author is probably following the guidance of the Yoast plug in or similar. I use Yoast too. It is good for search ranking but the reason it's good for search ranking is because Google is giving us better rankings in exchange for making content that's easier for it's AI to parse and then extracting our ideas, without crediting us, to generate it's own AI mode responses which appear above search results. So it's tricking us into agreeing to a Faustian bargain where we are working to help Google render ourselves obsolete. But that's progress. I'm not anti AI but I do think things like what I describe above are taking the piss.
